This website is not the official website of, and is not operated, endorsed, sponsored, authorised or controlled by, BMW (UK) Ltd, BMW AG, Hedin Automotive, Stephen James (Automotive) Ltd, or any of their group companies. Any opinions expressed on this website are Dan’s own and do not necessarily represent those of BMW or the dealership.

2. Trademarks

“BMW”, the BMW logo and roundel, “M”, and all BMW model names, designations and emblems are registered trademarks of BMW AG. They are used on this website for descriptive and referential purposes only - to identify the vehicles being discussed.

Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from BMW AG or its group companies, and no trademark licence is granted or implied. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Regulatory status

This website is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It does not itself provide financial advice, and does not itself arrange, administer or enter into finance or insurance agreements, or carry on any other regulated activity.

The finance and insurance offers featured on this website are provided and arranged by the regulated BMW dealership, Stephen James (Automotive) Ltd, trading as Hedin Automotive (BMW Ruxley), Maidstone Road, Sidcup, DA14 5BG (Company No. 09738102).

Stephen James (Automotive) Ltd is an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference No. 313486), and which is permitted to advise on and arrange general insurance and consumer credit. Hedin Automotive (Firm Reference No. 738497) is a credit broker, not a lender, and can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers and may receive a commission for doing so.

Any finance is provided subject to status by the relevant lender (for BMW finance, typically BMW Financial Services (GB) Limited, FCA Firm Reference No. 312705), and any insurance is provided subject to acceptance by the relevant insurer. Where an offer featured here is a manufacturer or dealer campaign, it is shown with the dealership’s approval.
